Just curious? If its a manifold bolt why does it quiet down after it heats up? swelling of the metal?
yes, steel expands and contracts as it is heated.

That and the heated exhaust pipes act as a vacuum

This could also be the dreaded diesel sound on cold start. Many have it. Some have confirmed bad rod bearings. I don't know what to think and ignore it
