Default HIDs ................

ok so i installed some HIDS i had gotten for my headlights and im getting a dam stob or flickering when i turn them off... only the driver side does it, its so retarded and pisses me off...
my question would be anyone know how to correct this
im thinking its a bad ballast
but i never installed a relay for them which i usally do on other cars or trucks.....
anyone have any idea?

I have the same problem with both my headlight HIDs....they both get the strobe effect when I turn them off. Any fixes would be greatly appreciated.
