yo thats a defective tail light cover no Joke- call them up they will send u other ones- theres a thread on that, anyone wana help me out and post thread?

 

Yes ... Those are defective covers.. they are suppose to cover the whole taillight.

Thought that might have been the case. They don't come in towards the center very far, and one side is shorter than the other. Lemme double check the brand.

 

Here is a picture of the replacements V-tech sent me.....
I have not yet mounted them yet ... going to color match to the truck

Yeah man if those are the Vtechs you got defective ones, the coverage is supposed to be like this:

Yea, they're the VTech ones. How long did it take them to get you all new ones? Did you have to send in the defective ones?

 

Well mine were fine when I got them so I never had to return them, looking at the other thread it was 9 days between when he confirmed they were Vtech brand and when he reported getting the new ones so I'd say 9 days or less.

 

That's not too bad. I'll take some pics holding up their packaging then. I sent in two pics with the e-mail i sent earlier in the day.
