That is all good advice. I've got the same seat as you. I never thought about it being loose before, so I paid special attention the last time I was in the truck. It is as solid as a rock...and I weight 230. My guess is that there is a mounting plate somewhere between the adjustment motor-screw and the seat frame that has loose or busted bolts/riviets. I had an 05 QC and now an 08 QC and had/have the same problem with the driver's seat. Took the 05 to the dealer and they said some bracket inside the seat was broken but they had to order the part and I ended up having to go back to get it replaced. Bottom line is they fixed it.

The 08 is doing the identical thing now with less than 4000 on the odo but I haven't taken it in yet to get it fixed. Based on my experience with the service dept on the 05, I'm not expecting to have any problem getting this one taken care of either.

Yep, sure has. Regular old sh*t though. New Dakota, same issues. Lol

Just been really busy the last few months. Work, vacations, hittin' up concerts, GTA...
