Soft tonneau cover question?
So far I've been pretty happy with it and would recommend taking a look at it.
I bought it from a local installer for my 2005 Dak Quad-Cab and transferred it to my 2007 when the lease was up. I looked online and JC Whitney has a good picture of how they look on their site (although on mine, they put the hinges further to the back of the truck so it doesn't tilt-up that far - now that I have seen the picture, I might try moving it further back so it lifts higher.)
The only complaint I had with it was that the clamps the installer used to hold the hinge in place slipped on the 2007 (never had an issue on the 2005) and scratched the paint. So I bought an extra/stronger set of clamps and now no more issues. I recommend doing this BEFORE it scratches the paint to anyone buying a similar setup in the future.
I have basically never had to do any maint on it and the vinyl still looks good, so the quality of the top itself is better than most.
If you don't have the money to spend on one of those nice aluminum/folders, its worth a look.
Last things is, I'm not sure if ANY of the traditional tonneaus will work with the new tie-downs like they have in the 2008 Laramie my brother-in-law has (yeah he got the nice new V8 for a song - didn't even know what he had till I came over and was drooling over it telling him how fast that sucker should be with ~300 HP vs my 230!)
Growlor

Thanks! It needs to be rolled all the way.
