Has anyone had any problems with those stupid plastic nuts coming loose on their cowl cover? It's the plastic cover underneath the windshield wiper arms that goes along the bottom outside of the windshield. The "nuts" have a large head and a torx style drive. I can't get the damn things to keep snug!

 

The one on the passenger side loosens up.
