Definitely empty. Was just trying to point out the temp drop. It would be there with a load as well. Loaded the numbers would likely be much higher.

you cut the original cooling line and clamped it?

I have had those blow off before, you may want to double clamp each end.

The hard line was cut then carefully filed to removed any burrs. I then went on and double flared the end and also removed any sharp edges as not to cut into the hose when clamped. The manufacturer of the cooler did the same basic thing where the lines attach to it. There not going anywhere but your point is well taken.

Is that a V8 or a V6? Would the Inies and outies be the same for both? never mind I just saw the 545rfe tag. I have the V6 with 42lre 4X4.
