hey gang, just got off the phone with superchips. i just purchased the new programmer for our trucks. total was 391.00 should be here next week. told the rep what i was running for cams and gears and he wanted to say it should work out very well. and with it being able to knock the timing back some degrees i should be able to pump up the nitrous jets some. i am going to set up a date and time at the dyno. that way we can see if this really works, and find out the final out come with the data sheets.

its the 2005 thru 2007, works on all the gas trucks and jeep. they said it will ship in 24 hours so maybe i will have it on monday. tuesday the latest.

 

I bought mine at a local speed shop yesterday and got to install it this morning. calibrated it for the 33 inch yokohamas i like it so far it reads and clears dtc code well woth it to me,also downloaded the milage tune but im still playing with the preformance tune the truck not sluggish anymore.

 

it will help me dial the larger cams in where just a flash did it ok. this should be the trick we were looking for.

 

so this is a hand held tuner?* is it true they have one for the 07-08 daks with the beefed up 4.7? i think my buddy said it was sct or diablo.
