Yeah I could, was hoping that there would be something else easier/quicker to do as I don't have the time to drive out to there and hope they can get it fixed in a few hours.

hey I've had my Cd player replaced twice already with the same problem. and it still doesnt work! I give up i'm gonna replace mine with and aftermarket cd player (I really like the factory one. and dont want to toss it but i cant stand it not playing cds. Once in a great while it will work for just a min... and then it will eat the cd and then not spit it out for months...
