Default change pcv valve

Hi,

As my Dakota (2005 V8/Magnum) is used but new to me I am changing a few components so that way I know when a component was last changed. So far so good. The only problem I am having is replacing the pcv valve. I have located it on the front of the left cam cover where the oil filler cap is but I don't understand how to open the clip that holds it. Anyone know how this is done.

Thanks,

Bandito

PCV=Positive Crankcase Ventilation - allows gasses that blow by the pistons to evacuate the crankcase, and prevent oil loss.

EGR= Exhaust Gas Recirculation - a method of controlling combustion speed and temperature by introducing exhaust to the intake charge, to reduce NOx emissions.

How dare you! Alright I did consult Wikipedia to make sure I wasn't wrong about the PCV.
