well if he's not the only person with this problem, there's a good chance it's not the tuner that did it...

Holy shiznit, I'd have them do the absolute most power they can, it's gonna be a custom tune, I assume...

Tell them you have waited long enough, and when you get it back, it best not be any lame tune either, it better be the best overall tune they could possibly do...

that would be nice. the top engineer is the one that requested i return the pcm and tuner. going to be one of these overnight deals. so in a way i gained something for no money, and a giant headache.

go to www.flashpaq.com and look under rants forum. you will see my posts about returning my tuner. you will get a good laugh, been 6 weeks

when they reflash my pcm, they are gonna wipe everything clean. i will lose my aggresive tune, and just have a plain old pcm again. should have never fooled around with this stuff. money not well spent.

I have an SC, I personally know about a dozen full size truck owners of varying brands, about half a dozen "sports car" owners with an SC and two diesel truck owners. None have had a single problem to my knowledge.
Now keep in mind, you gotta play by the rules. The company makes it VERY PLAIN that their "canned tunes" are for stock or close to stock vehicles. I know for a fact that when I change out my cam, my SC will be useless and won't even attempt to use it on my truck.
In my opinion, Superchips is going way above and beyond on this for you.

Do you think Diablo will do it with their tuner that gives the owner the ability to f*ck with A/F and other critical settings? Nope, they'll be the first to say it's the owner's fault. If you don't think so, cruise a couple of the LX specific Hemi forums and read about some of the guys who blew their engines with the Predator.

It's unfortunate that you spent good money and have had nothing but aggravation and I feel for you. But at the same time, this is the price people like us pay who modify their vehicles and live close to the edge. I'm actually modded more than SC recommends for their "canned tune" or "one tune for all" tuner, but have made a mod or two to compensate for some of the things the SC does. Although, like I said, I'm as far as that tuner will take me and the very next mod will make it useless on my truck.
