you have those in the front too? you must have tore the heck out of the front when turning... i have those tires with a lift and i rubbed at full lock! put 2" or 1.5 blocks in the rear and that rub will stop!

yeah lift it and you'll be fine or down grade tire size bro. mine doesn't do that and that looks rough.

If i was to put blocks in the back would the cheep ones from canadian tire or parts source work? Or are there special ones?

any blocks will work... try to avoid cast blocks cause they can crack! happened to me before! they were expensive ones too! if you can only get cast ones just keep an eye on them. i have cheapo cast blocks from autozone now (11 months) and havent had any issues! you WILL have to get longer u-bolts too! best way to get those is to find a local "big rig" or similar type shop with a bender and they will make the length and axle tube diameter for a fair price...mine were around 40 bucks.....
