Pickup Wing

I was wondering if anyone new where else I could get a wing just like that, but I want it to come painted to match the color of my truck...
The site I found it on (JC Whitney) only sends them out primered.
I don't know any place that will send them color matched, And if they do, not sure how close they would actually match it. Don't you have a body shop around you trust and could paint it for you for 50$??
I'm not sure how much it'd cost...$50 would be nice though lol but my boyfriends dad could do it for me. I just figured it'd be easier and less of a hassle to have it pre-painted, but $300 is a good deal for that wing...at least it comes primered! Thx.
Hmm Well my question now is...when you went to the site, were the only applications for the Ram? Cause I know the width of our beds for the Dak is different isnt it?
If not then Ill probably get one too!
If I were you though Id just keep the wing black if your truck is silver or gray my $0.02

Also a tailgate length of 57inches
Most of the time with stuff like that it's only offered ready to paint. It's cheaper for the company that makes it and there's also less worry of it getting scratched in the shipping process. It's sometimes possible to find a seller that will have it painted but especially in your case where you know someone who will give you a good deal I would buy it and have your boyfriend's dad paint it.

yeah... and with my experience with fiberglass... if it comes gelcoated, its usually easier to have a better finish than if it comes primered. some places (like my paint guy) like to use all the same product line as far as paint is concerned. Primer, base, topcoat and clear are usually the same brand and product. He hates it when I bring him primered shti. lol
