Default got my tuner.

OK got it Sat and had to wait till today to use it. It came locked so had to have SC put the unlock out there for me. That issue will be taken care of. This afternoon was able to update the truck. set rev limit to max, speed limit to 130, shift points to 6050 and 87 octane with xs tune. Haven't had the chance to really check it out but so far so good. With XS I am not xpecting that great of a performance but am expecting better mileage. What has everyone else with one discovered? Anything to try or stay away from? I noticed that when in park, it still limits the rev. hits approx 4000 and then gas cuts out.

yes $100 for that. Only took 1 hr for them to have the file ready for me. Even with that, it was cheaper than getting it new. Plus, I am going back to the seller. they indicated it was unlocked. Maybe I get half back for the unlock fee? worth a try.

No, they sould cover it all. Did you buy it on ebay? The problem is if you did not give the seller a chance to unlock it.

Eric, when in park and reving it, can you get yours over 4 grand? It still acts like a limiter for me.

it will not let you go over the factory limiter. this is a failsafe for park or neutral. as for my 87 tune, everything is set to max. i dont pull the truck to 6200 often only on the nitrous. but if i launch at 1/2 throttle truck seems to leave fine and shift great.
