Default Rear door window trim/weatherstrip question

Hi guys, silly inquiry from a new member: I just picked up an '05 Dak Quad Cab a week ago and noticed that the rubber window trim/weatherstrip on the rear door windows is twisted a bit. On the driver and passenger front doors, the trim sits flat, but both rear doors have the window trim twisted nearly identically. Anyone have any tips for getting it to "un twist"? I'm trying to avoid having to take it to the dealer, purely because I don't want to have to sit around and wait for them to repair it.

Thanks in advance!

pop them out and take a hair dryer or put them in the oven to soften up, then twist them back into shape. wait for them to cool down and pop them back in.
