she hit it hard enough it went over the curb sideways and her point of impact was my driver rear tire. her dad looked at me and said " didnt you just have this painted?" I said yes he said " should have not done that yet"

Or maybe she shouldn't have hit it. If that was her giant bottle of vodka in the bush I'm betting she was drunk and just lucked out with passing the field sobriety test, those aren't 100% by any means.

That sucks man

I hope you get everything straightened out soon.

Make sure the rear frame is not bent. Taking the hitch off can sure as hell do that. That was a hard hit for sure.

Also, make sure you get a comparable rental....on her ins of course. You drive a truck, so you should get a rental truck. Not some small rice burner.

Good luck.

Damn she got the wheel too...

Definitely have the frame checked for straightness. When I rolled my dak we made sure the body shop we had it repaired at had a laser system to check the frame accurately, luckily mine was straight, hopefully yours will be too. I don't see how her insurance could try and give you any run-around on this, it's quite clear who's fault it was... Good luck gettin her fixed man!
