Yeah I have a set of Chrome Truk Nutz as you can see in the one photo, and a few months back I decided to play in the snow, well I had a more rigid setup holding the nuts on than I did last winter (which was a cable setup that wore through because I didnt get the sharp edge), well they bent and broke off from the snow bank I went over

Yeah bolt's truck tried to teabag the snowbank and the snowbank wasn't having any of that crap so it castrated the truck

turbo definitely talk to a lawyer, she screwed your truck up, it is either her or her insurance's responsibility to fix it back like it was, that means new parts and replacing whatever is custom with the same thing.

thats my thinking too. I talked to the dealer, they know what I want and are waiting for my truck to arrive. They said if I want new parts that is what they are going to use.

Can they even legally do that? They're not his insurance it's not like this is something he agreed to when he signed his policy. Somebody else wrecked his vehicle with no involvement from him, it needs to be fixed back to how it was.

and about them telling you that they only use used parts....it's horse poo....if you wanted you could take your truck to a dealership and have them do the repairs and the insurance company would have to pay for it....i am dead serious....
