I am very sorry to hear about your troubles. I have had very good luck with State Farm in Michigan. New parts, choice of shops, on totalled vehicles the check in the mail and very fair price.

 

well finally got it back the 29th. no fixed wheels but still got more fighting.

 

Dont give up man! Just wait em out! Keep fighting!

I you haven't already, don't forget to demand diminished value... they owe it to you. The one time I had to do Jury Duty the case was for a guy demanding the insurance company pay diminished value on his honda pilot from a wreck that had happened like 6 months earlier. It didn't take us long to order the insurance company pay him something like $4,000-5000.

 

Thats why I havent settled they are trying to make me prove it lost value
