Been hearing a roaring noise from under my truck. I put it on jackstands (all four off the ground ) and ran it in 2wd and no noise.Put it in 4wd and it started roaring from the right side. I'm thinking either wheel bearing or cv shaft.I guess I'll replace both this weekend. Has any one else had this problem.

 

Check to see if you have a torn boot and are throwing grease. Thats an obvious sign. Otherwise you may have to stethoscope it.
