yeah, and when your doing the stat, try not to break that small plastic valve on the lower rad hose... its cheap...

also save your gasket and match the notch up on the blank stat to match. a tapered grinding bit for a dremel matches the notch pretty darn close.

If you plan on re-using the coolant, grab a new 5 gallon bucket to set under the area to catch the coolant thats going to leak out.
