Nope, we have gotten a new vehicle from the dealer every year since 01, and they gave me invoice price, plus the 3500 incentives when mine came in..

unless it says on vehicles on lot, the incentives count...

the bottom ones. in black, but the black comes off the face of the rotor... I really like them. great stopping power and a lot smoother than factory.
