have you thought about painting the inside of the clear lense,(not the reflective housing) just not the two circles for the light to shine through, cover those up and paint the edges to give it the smoked affect. just a thought
(assuming the circle are in the lenses to have a border to follow)

my 05 has none of those little bulb covers.

I'm pretty sure it is supposed to have the one over the headlight bulb...

I'm also pretty sure if it doesn't, the police can pull you over for not having one...

Someone correct me?

meh I think as long as light gets through it shouldn't matter, after all during the day it doesn't matter... cuz there are plenty of cars with full covers or retractable headlights and at night as long as the light gets through I doubt any cop would look close enough.

my lights are factory, all i have are two big bulbs, one in each section, maybe they forgot to install them or just ran out in time for production,
