Leveling Kit installed, bunch of pics!
Got my Daystar 2" leveling kit installed today and I have to say, I am very pleased so far! Ride quality is as good or better than stock and the look is definitely an improvement, in my opinion. As promised, here are a few before and after pics-- I also took a few random pics of the truck, being that I haven't posted any since I joined the forum. Enjoy

In this pic, you can actually see part of the leveling kit between the spring and the top plate, as well as the new bolts the were used:

A shot from the back to show the exhaust tip that was used when doing the custom exhaust, also notice I scraped off the Dakota emblem to give it a little bit of a cleaner look:

Sylvania Silverstar turnsignal bulbs:

And finally, a while back I posted a thread about doing an armrest swap to fill that void in between the seats, this is what I came up with. I found it at Walmart and it is a perfect fit and perfect match!:

Sorry for the huge pics, not sure how to shrink them down. Took the mechanic about 4 hours (with 1 hour lunchbreak) to install the leveling kit! I was reading in previous posts that a lot of guys were having trouble getting some of the bolts removed while installing the kit, due to them being rusted and whatnot, I guess some guys even snapped those bolts and had to go to the dealer to replace them. The mechanic was having the same problem. He had to spray the bolts with PB Blaster and let them soak for an hour before he could do anything. Cost me just about $300 for the install. A little steep in my opinion, but it I think it was worth it.
Awesome looks good. Came out nice. Once those tires are shot, you can go bigger, and you will get even more lift from that. You can do the rear too for $20 in parts and 1 labor hour.
Awesome though, I always liked that color.

nice, my front sits higher too. The rear blocks are still waiting for the bolts they were supposed to come with by the seller on ebay. Anyway, a small lift in the rear is nice but not needed to run 32's.
