I agree, try a superchips 3815 (you will love the performance), then a Transgo 545RFE-HD2 shift kit, OR a Sharadon stage III valve body, reviews on them are excellent!

I also think a flashpaq is the best answer... you get the extra power and can set rev limits and shift points...
