I'm keeping an eye on what's happening with the union. From what I understand they are overpaid and underworked. Thats a big part of why the automakers build new plants in mexico.

As far as Fiat, at this point I guess they're needed. We definitely do need a good small car but we had one. The idiots killed it and replaced it with the Caliber...

yea sucks, my parents were actually gonna buy a new neon for my sister last year, until i told them they didnt make them anymore

Yeah I am not a fan of the unions... that had there place but that's not now!

I am thinking this whole thing is good, out with the old in with the new, atleast Chrysler gonna be around.

And if you get layed off, you still get 90% of your salary. What's not to like? Seriously, I'm not a union basher, but these contracts were getting rediculous. I say halleluia to bankruptcy, and hello to re-structuring and Fiat. If you are an auto employee, my sympathies, this is gonna hurt.

Billy: I would think that you would favor unions, as you make 60-70k a year and come and post to the forum during working hours. I bet your boss would like that...LOL

I make around 18k a year as military, with a wife and two kids. So anyone that doesn't like me posting during work can suck my *****.
