I'd get the tires balanced at a high volume tire dealer. Explain your problem to them so they can keep an eye out for bent rims, shifted belts, etc. They should have pretty decent equipment to make stuff like that easy to spot. If the problem is still there, I'd try moving the front tires to the rear to see if that changes anything. If it didn't - then I think it's fair to assume it's a chassis problem, not wheel/tire related?

those little brass washers on the studs will make the truck shimmy every now and then, take a needle nose pair of pliers and remove them, if the shimmy is still there, get rid of the tires and rims

my last balance they removed those little brass washers and so far so good.

Have you check the lug nuts? I had something like that in a car once because it the front tire was being held on my 1 lug nut that was half threaded.

I agree get rid of thoses monsters! They are ok for the first rotation, but the second time they made the right front shimmy at higher speeds... I came home removed them and viola, all better

Bet you felt really good when you discovered that, I'd be a bit freaked out knowing I'd been driving on one lug nut.
