Not related to the scoop project but after seeing the pics I gotta ask...wtf happened to the hood spears? It looks like they were cut with a rusty knife! lol

I think he covered up and painted them on...the tape may not have been perfectly straight

Just watched the youtube video, keep it up! I used a dremel with diamond cutting wheels on mine. The first hole I had professionally cut then widened it out.

BTW, I've been trying to figure out where a good spot would be to mount a catch can in my truck, since I got the thing in 06... but never came up with anywhere that would look factory enough to put one in...

If you find a spot, let me know, and I'll get one on...
