I am working on rounding up some material to make an accordion style rubber gasket to seal it to the hood. So when you close the hood, it seals the air box against it. the cut is going to be cleaned up when snap on drops off my die grinder... (warranty replacement) I was hoping it would be here today, but it didnt show up. So I had to use a POS cordless sawzall...
I didnt get a pic of the insulation or hole for the IAT... I have a piece of 3 inch aluminum pipe that the filter connects to, wrapped in plumbing insulation, then that black accordion tube from the stock air box over it to clean up the install...
After my friend at the RV dealer gets back to me on the rubber, the air box will go together...
I need to figure out a way to seal the paint around the hole... thinking maybe touch up paint, but not sure yet...
