I want to just not the right time to invest. I am looking at ditching both axles and going for a set of ram axles. They're wider and disc front and rear. Obviously, it'll still be driver side drop. The only two issues I was worried about is converting the steering away from R&P and making a link suspension up front. I don't think you can throw leafs up front b/c of the hex crush frame...I mean I guess you could if you didn't care where you're axle winds up in a frontal collision.

So far I don't know of anyone who has done it and I check regularly on pirate4x4.com's forum. You can stop by in the Dodge section there's a bunch of guys who have converted the 2nd gens.
