I agree. I've been thinking about how to do this all day. The thing that keeps popping into my mind is researching deep freezers. Same principle I'm sure.

I dont see why you couldnt take and wrap tons of windings of copper tube around a thin wall aluminum intake pipe... as long as the tube is long enough, you could cool the air in the tube with a re-route from the AC cold line... the only problem is... you would have to run your AC to cool the air... and that takes power to do. would it off set the difference? probably not.
why not coil it inside and run it seperately from the A/C with a 12 volt pump, and some antifreeze? Like I said, I'm gonna check out my deepfreezer tongiht. i know a guy that rebuilds freezers and washers and crap like that. I'm sure he could hook me up with some kind of parts.
