Cloth interior water stains
Folks I have an 06 with a bluish grey cloth interior. Noticed a couple of minor spots recently and took the same action I have sucessfully taken with many other cars in the past. That is I moistened a cloth and tried to rub the spot out. Not only did the spot not come out, the area I rubbed now has an annoying water stain. Anyone have any suggestions other than don't rub water into the cloth?
Water stained your dakota seats? I could probably take a **** on mine and they wouldn't stain. I use some really good stuff for taking out stains, I'll post the name when I get off work...hopefully soon. I'm ****** tired.

I have used the Blue Coral upholstery cleaner... do the WHOLE seat so you dont get the "rings" on the "stain resistant" seats... what a joke.
Thats what I suggest. any good upholstery cleaner would work. I bet that oxyclean would kick its ***... (takes blood out of a white shirt pretty good... lol)

Yes sir, I actually removed all my cloth seats and soaked them. I rinsed them off, let them dry and bam....looked brank new.
LA's Totally Clean is the stuff I use. DO NOT, DO NOT get this crap on vinyl, if you do, clean it off asap or it will eat holes in it.
