Default Bug Deflector Recommendations for 09 Dakota

Looking for recommendations for a bug/air deflector that actually keeps bugs off the windshield and is not too ugly. Was considering the Stampede Vigilante. Thanks

Looks good and the price is reasonable. How does it do deflecting bugs from the windshield ? Some are better than others.

Thanks,

Randy

I had a Stampede on my 06 and before turning it in on a buy back I took the bug shield off. I found that the Stampede was causing rust on the hood down bend and if had left it on there it would of caused real future problems. Even with the rubber bumper supplies it still caused rust. I decided to not go with any shield because even though the factory shield installs in a way that it does not touch the sheet metal I don’t like the looks. IMO
