A bit off topic, but when I get the urge to go fast I take my Dads WRX STi out for a little burn. Now that is a fun car!!

I ran a GTO about two weeks ago. He stayed pretty close to about 110mph and then passed me. That is the bad thing about fast trucks, as some point in time aerodynamics/weight vs acceleration takes over, lol.

 

i dont have that issue, i can pull to 120 with ease, even before my sct tuning. now at close to 140 the truck does start to shake and vibrate. it doesnt like that. but when you have 5 open lanes of highway, there is plenty of room just incase, and i got use to only messing around at night. hardly any traffic and the center lane is full of semis rolling down the highway. makes for good cover sometimes

 

LOL, I don't have any problem getting to speed that fast. I stayed ahead of the GTO until 110 and that is where he caught me. I have yet to be beaten by a truck. I have a feeling it might happen this weekend at Mopar madness, lol.

Since then, I've added the gears and additional boost. Now he would be hard pressed to get me.

 

Yeah I couldent imagine my truck over 100 MPH! Lol, my car was ok but not my new truck. I want to see how fast it is though... just once!
