Great! Thanks for the info. Yours is the first bumper I have seen in that year / generation. Looks good!

DO you draw it up first or just use sheet metal temple and then weld 1/8 or 1/4 steel? PM me the info because I am going to get one made

sorry, i built them right on the truck, i just cut the pieces and tacked them together and if they didnt look right i just poped them off and trimmed untill they looked right, i made one crude cardboard template for the outter top pices, but it got thrown away, if you know which parts you want measurements for i can give you that, but my skills for drawing something up would be...... well, i could probably get a 2 year old to scribble something up that would look a lot better than what i can do

i used 3/16 plate on the front of this one

.

That is awesome, I could totally understand not wanting to duplicate for awhile, not just cuz yours is like no other, but like you said the price would really have to be right. Doing it for yourself is one thing, putting your heart into it, but for someone else is a diff. story. Yeah, I can understand with something that custom you would have to just tinker with it till you got it right. If you'd be willing to at least take a couple pics from diff. angles and label the measurements (something I could give to a machinist to estrapilate from) I'd be willing to throw something your way. Once again, awesome job!!!

Ya I go through bumpers like crazy. 3 in the last year and a half that I've had my truck. This would be a big investment on my part. I work in a steel factory, so materials are not a problem. Its just blueprints or diagrams I need. If you or anyone else could hook me up, that would be great.
