Default body lifts and tire sizes

what is the biggest size tire i can get on my truck with a 2" leveling kit and 3" body kit?

right now i have 265/60/18 tires, i want to keep the 18" rim size but want a bigger tire

so whats the biggest i can get without rubbing and that will clear?

also i want a tire that's gonna have an offset like will have the tires stick out a little bit from the side of my truck, not sure if that number will come into play on the tire sizes...

I am running 285/70-17's, about 32.7" diameter. With the stock offset I rub slightly at full lock on the frame. If you run 285/65-18 you would have basically the same size, if you went 265/70-18 you would have the same diameter but slightly narrower and might not rub. As far as offset with the tires sticking out slightly, the only way to accomplish this is by getting different offset wheels, then you might rub on the bottom of the bumper and rear of the fender wells.

the toyo open country a/t's

The 285/60/18 are 31.4 inch in diameter and the 305/55/20 are 33.2 inches in diameter! The factory size of 265/70/16 are 30.6 inches in diameter! That should give you an idea! I'm going to run 275/60/18 on ProComp rims and they are 31 inches in diameter only wit a 2" leveling kit!!

well my dak came with 265/60/18 and after i get the 3" body lift and 2" leveling kit i am not sure what size tires i am gonna go with or what size rims lol i know i want 18's or 20's and a really big tire that will clear without rubbing

I am thinking about getting 305/50/20's, not sure if they'd clear tho...

I think that with the body lift and the leveling kit you can run 305/50/20(33.2 inches) just check because i think that an MT tire will rub your best bet will be an All Terrain tire! Just my !!

thanks! that would be awesome if I could run that size because that is the size I really want, but how can i go about checking out to see if that would work? is there anyway I can measure it and see if it'll work or do you know of anyone that would know for sure?

and yea I'm definitely looking for an all terrain tire! I don't want the mud terrain.

thanks!
