'e. fan'? An exhaust fan, right?

'T.B.'? Throttle body? Not sure what this would be for. A spacer?

Enlighten me, Obi Wan Kenobi....

E fan is an electronic fan instead of having the engine spin the pulley to cool the engine. The fan is thus run by electric freeing up some power. 2nd gen dak's came with e fans. Weren't the best but they worked

E-fan for Electric fan. You would replace the clutch fan that pulls air through the radiator on the stock setup with an electric one to free up a bit of power. Flex-a-lite makes some nice ones and many people use the fan out of certain year v6 taurus's as well.

By throttle body he's talking about the ported throttle bodies the fastman sells, he ports them out to 68.5mm all the way through so the truck can breathe better: http://thefastman.com/
