Idk, it's still bright red when I hit the brakes...

As for the washer reservoir, I just used Krylon fusion... for plastic...

i spray it once a week for the last 3 years..... only thing i cover is the air filter! i coat everything with the tire foam too.....never burnt or stink....all i can say is try it!!!

just doesn't seem like a good idea... idk... I'd cover the terminals and filter... if mine ever got dirty... but it doesn't..

I am a engine bay sprayer with Greased Lighting Orange Cleaner I just dont hold the hose on the computer, alt, etc

I used degreaser on mine, i forget which brand, and it completely screwed up everything. It looks faded and stained. It's horrible. Stick with what these guys recommend.
