drained batt. last night, now...

Default drained batt. last night, now...

last night we were painting the house, and i was using the lights on the dak, well, i let it set a little long and drained the battery, jumped it, now the check engine light is on. my code reader is loaned out at the moment so i have no idea what is going on, any ideas?

It may sense low voltage on the battery??? If it's recharged, disconnect/reconnect the battery and see if it clears. Or take it to AZ and have them check the code.

This has happened to mine. Its just because the battery was low. After a few starts it will reset itself. No big deal, dont worry about it. I left a cooler on in my truck over night in 90 degree weather and it drained mine so low it barely rolled over. It rolled like a 1/2 if felt like and fired off. The codes it will give will be something about low volt from the alt, low or bad battery, and some other crap.
