Default Brake line broke

Last Wednesday I had a brake line break on me. Dumped out almost all my brake fluid, took me almost a mile to get stopped. Anyone else have this problem? I'm worried now about it happening again.

Brake lines can break at anytime on any vehicle, depends on many factors like if you live in a climate that rust and corrosion happen or if you have high miles without ever changing the fluid, or the sh*t happens factor lol. also was it a rubber or steel line?

I'm not sure. The line cost $50. I live in southern Oklahoma, truck has just over 70k on it.

Just have the guy replacing the line inspect all the brake lines on the truck, that should give you peace of mind.
