My rims are pretty gouged up so I was thinking....
Perhaps I could grab some of the nicer rims that are on the newer Durango's and put some snow/winter tires on the rims I have now.
Will they fit, and will I have to get a different tune or whatever? I don't know the heights or bolt patterns.

As long as they're 5x5.5 (i'm pretty sure they are) you're fine. If you get some big tires you might need a lift kit. No, you don't need a different tune for tires.
