Default No highbeams?

Okay, so a while ago someone put some HID bulbs in my headlights. Seem to work fine.

Last night I put some HID Foglight bulbs in. Hit my highbeams this evening. and nothing. no fogs, which usually shut off when the highs come on, but no highs either!

Neat thing I found out this morning at O Dark thirty. One of the bulbs is completely gone, no lows or highs, and the other has no high.

So off to the parts store to get new bulbs. Oh joy.

And then I need to re-aim the headlights. Also fun...
Why? Because I put in new headlights on. Look like Night Runner headlights. And they don't come pre-aimed. Go figure...

New headlights look just like yours. Pictures? That would mean I would have to have a camera close by... And daylight as well... I also need to wash it again

As for the HID, the headlights, I don't know if they are good or bad. I didn't put them in. The fog lights, possible. eBay special.

I might just put the old lights back in and call it good.

The burned out bulbs, Lifetime warranty. Now I have to find out how to get them replaced being as the guy that installed them didn't give a receipt for them.

Um, whose lifetime, the bulbs or mine?

Damn I hate replacing these bulbs. Thank you Dodge for making them almost completely inaccessible.

Ya know I tried that. I can't reach around the frame to get to them. I'd need another joint between my elbow and wrist. That and I wouldn't know if they were in all the way. Are only two tabs holding it or are three? Heck, I can't even see them from the ground.

So next time, ya wanna come over and do this for me?

Um, no. I looked at the bulbs last night. Dual filament bulbs.

Oh, and when they were first installed, they worked on high just fine.
