Default Your 0-60 time?

I'm trying to get SC to do a little more tuning into their programmer for the H.O. and they needed me two update it. So, while I was at it I downloaded the Data Logging(which is completely kewl btw for more than track times like CAI temps and what not). So I did a 0-60 on stock and got an 11.5sec. Did it again on 91 tune and got an impressive 7.6sec. I thought that was freakin awesome with the new 32" MTs weight and extra hp loss through the chain transfercase.

Anyways, what's yours? Stock, SC tune, or other tune?

That's an impressive drop in times, but 11.5 seconds for an H.O without a tune? I'm positive my V6 could hit 60 in 10 seconds, maybe a touch under.

did you try the stock tune a few more times? it may have just been a bad calculation. that's a great drop though! Now I will consider purchasing one ;-)

No, I haven't tried stock again. The number could be off some b/c I didn't fix the tire size into the speedo but did on the tune. I actually only tried one of each and haven't tried since. Plus, both times could do slightly better. I tried not to just slam the pedal down b/c of the MTs. I think I could get in the 6s with street tires.

I did read an Edmunds review on the 08 V8 4x4 that theirs tracked 7.6 too...

A couple weeks ago I was fooling around with my new phone and saw it had a stopwatch on it so I figured whyyyyyyyy not.

Had a buddy in the passenger seat time it from drop of the throttle til I told him stop when I hit 60. 8 seconds flat. That's with a bone stock 08 4x4 quad cab with AWD. If I had a tuner it might show a couple tenths less since I'm sure human reaction time to hit start on the stopwatch would probably lose those couple tenths. So 7.6 sounds reasonable to me.
