Default truck dying

I was out driving my truck yesterday, when all of a sudden it stopped getting fuel to the engine and died. so I pulled over to the side of the road. I cranked it up, and died again. I got kind of pissed let it sit there for a minute or two, and it started back up. I drove another 10 min or so and it died again. This is like the third time it has happened in the past couple weeks. I have plenty of gas in it. I imagine it has something to do with the fuel system ie. filter, line, pump, injectors, etc. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem or could help me diagnose and fix it.

Since there is no external filter, I would guess the pump is failing.

Does sound like the fuel pump. Is the pump making any noises it wasn't making before? My last fuel pump failure resulted in the pump making a very distinct low hum.

I had same problem and it was the crank position sensor shutting down the engine. It wold restart and be good for a day then shut down again. Replaced under warranty.
