Lift kits

I have an 05 dakota 4X4 Laramie AWD 4.7 hi-out. I have been told that 3" body kit is the only thing that I could put on my truck because it is all-wheel-drive. Is this true?

well not beuase it is awd but because there is nothing else out there the only thing you can do it the front spacers blocks in the back and a body lift i have the body lift and thats it
