Anybody make just a light bar? I check every manufacture on line but they exclude the 3rd gen Daks. The High beams are weak on our trucks and installing a 100w lamp in our pods can cause heat damage to the factory reflectors so I just want to add two 130 lights to the truck on a light bar but no such product.

why not mount the 100w lights behind your grill?

I would but I have a Billet grill that is very bar dense and it would cut way down on the light output and defeat the purpose.

I think you'd be surprised at just how much light would make it through your grill. Take you a rechargeable spot and set it back there for a quick look.

But if that's not acceptable, how hard is it to remove the bumper on a Dak? I'm sure there is frame under there where you could either drill holes or weld mounts for lights, then a couple of small, perfectly round holes in the plastic for the bolts to come up would be all you'd need to do.

Would look great. Just depends on how much fabrication you are willing to do...

Yep had mine off before and its a 5 minute thing. I might play around with installing a bar bolteded to the tow hooks.

Hey graythang. Check out the one Donkeypunch made. It is pretty sweet. Here is a link to a thread with his truck in it. On page 3.
