Removing rear panel in extended cab?

Default Removing rear panel in extended cab?

I don't want to break it, can anyone tell me what needs to be done? Installing dynamat. Thanks.

pop the rear seat cushions off the back wall, and behind there, there are some bolts, take those off. pull the C pillars off, and the side covers where the speakers go, and it should come off.
