I'm glad my wife's is 4x4, lol. We've had 18" total snowfall and right now is -15. Its alot of fun driving the Durango through the snow drifts in 4x4.

4wd is great for the snow. Nothing beats the nasty looks you get when all your neighbors are out shoveling their driveways in the morning after a big snow, and you walk out into a warmed up truck, throw it into 4WD, back down the driveway, and go on your way

i gave sharon 8 inches this morning, ooooppppssss, sorry guys thought you were talking about something else, no snow in ct, but alot of rain, anyway, i have a tought time driving in snow with the 4 x 4 engaged. the 4.10 gears just spin away, might just put the truck away an get a 500.00 beater, its not that i am afraid of smashing up the truck, its the other a holes that just got their license an take dads 4 x 4 out, trucks go great in the snow, but like all vechicles, they dont stop on slippery surfaces

I have owned 4x4 trucks since 1969 and have always suffered with the, "mileage thing". However, when the traction gets nasty I just pull the little lever or turn the button!!!
