Default Rancho front strut package contents

Just received one of my front shocks (5757), the box is torn to shreds and I assume there is some hardware missing.

What all does the shock come with? Nothing? Nuts, bolts, bushings or washers?

Adding a TM leveling kit too, if it comes with any possibly needed hardware.

Thanks

There were no other parts inside my 5757 boxes when I received them, except for stickers. So unless we were both shortchanged, there is nothing missing. My TM leveling kit consisted of 2 metal rings, nothing else.

OK, thought it might at least come with a new upper nut. Thanks.

No stickers or anything in mine, just a box on my doorstep with half the shock sticking out

Rancho could probably stand to put a pointy heavy object in a box a bit closer to the item's size...

Default It Does Come with NUTS

I had the same problem with the Rancho Struts where one box was torn and the nut was missing. The Stock Nuts WILL NOT WORK. Call Rancho and they will ship you replacements.

Thanks. Going to have them send 2 tomorrow, just in case the other package is the same.

Yes! There should be nuts in the box. The stock nuts will not work! I accidentaly almost put on the old one...got a bit of cross thread action and then started to use my brain. You need the new top strut bolts. GL w/ the install.
