That first bezel from the 08+ models won't fit, if you look at the vents their center stack is laid out differently. The MyGig will fit right into the rails for mounting but the center bezel will need to be cut to fit the radio in. I used the MyGig Lockpick Adapter from Coastal Electronics Technologies to hook it up (http://coastaletech.com/MYGIG_ADAPTER.htm), on my non-nav unit the hookup was dead simple. The only issue I could see with installing a nav unit is the nav antenna, I haven't done it obviously but you should be able to get the antenna and mount it/run the wire without too much trouble.
One note of caution: Different Chrysler vehicles use either a high-speed or low-speed CAN-BUS system, there are MyGigs made specifically for each one. To do this install you MUST use a radio meant for the low-speed bus.

I'm unsure about the newer 30gig ones, I think they should work but not having tried it I can't say. Low speed is what we need though. I don't have bluetooth on mine, I'd have to add the Uconnect kit which is over $200, it's just not worth that much to me. If I remember correctly the Nav units came with Uconnect built in.
