What do you recommend for DVD Video?
I have a 1,000 mile trip coming up this summer and will need to keep a couple of 8 year olds busy.
I'd like to install video in my '05 Dakota Quad Cab.
What are my options?
I'm only concerned about the back seats.
Yes, it can be permanent, or temporary but I think I'd prefer permanent, since it would be tied in an less likely to get broken.

Dodge has the front seat headrests with the monitors built into them for the rear seats, I think they are a little pricey, but the good thing about those is they will look stock in the truck
There are other options but I haven't looked into much of them.

I have a portal DVD in use now, and it works OK. I just hate the extra cigarette lighter cord. I hide it as best as possible, but you can only do so much.
Biker_ahoy, you have a link for the permanent headrests?

I forget the brand of the LCD's but I have seen them at a few dealers on display, I know they sell them. I'll have to visit again to get a better look at the ones they have at the dealer here.
Not sure if there made for the Dakota or the Ram and I'm not too sure if the headrests are the same for the different seats.
